Account Manager - Recruitment

We are currently seeking a recruiting sales professional to join our dynamic team in downtown Toronto. The role will focus on new business development, in the areas of IT and/or Finance & Accounting and will also engage in existing account management.

The Account Manager will engage in conduct sales activities that will contribute to the growth of existing and new customer business. This will include cold calling, networking, and building and growing professional relationships.

We offer a competitive base salary; a performance based commission structure, as well as an expense account.

Your profile:

• At least 2 years sales experience in the staffing industry with proven track record in developing and maintaining business relationships

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Outstanding relationships building skills

• Self-starter, highly motivated, like a good challenge

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Post secondary degree/diploma is preferred
