Our well-established client is seeking a organized and professional Bilingual Claims Secretary to join their team! In this role you will be primarily responsible for providing top-notch administrative support to both the claims and accounting departments.
Other responsibilities will include handling and receiving of all claims information, preparation of all business correspondence and reports, inputting information into system and maintaining database, handling incoming and outgoing mail, processing invoices, and creating and maintaining filing systems.
In this role, you will also serve as a Personal Assistant to the CEO and your duties will include answering calls and taking messages, maintaining calendars and schedules, coordinating travel arrangements and producing reports.
To be the successful candidate, you first must meet the following qualifications:
* Superior written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
* Excellent typing skills
* Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Strong administrative background. Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal.
* Flexibility with work hours.
