Class 1 Linehaul Driver

Right now we are looking for exceptional individuals for the following position:

Class 1 Linehaul Driver

Hours: Shift varies, must be available for all scheduled shifts Monday to Friday. Guaranteed 40 - 45 hours per week.

Salary: $23.79 per hour

Job Description: In City Bulk Deliveries and Pickups as assigned, Customer Service, Planning Routes and Delivery times. Hours and duties may vary. Able to cover open runs as assigned by Managers. Maintain and Exceed company standards of performance in customer service and defensive driving.

Qualifications: Class 1 license, Security Clearance/Criminal Record Check, Current Drivers Abstract, Exceptional communication and customer service skills, physically fit, lift up to 70lbs and Good knowledge of the city. In City Class 1 Driving experience is considered an asset. Must be able, to work in a fast paced time sensitive work environment. Must pass PCL's written and road tests.

Being a Class 1 Driver with Purolator is a highly physical job, which requires a friendly, team-oriented person who is prepared to work hard, work fast, and work safely. Applicants must be physically fit and be able to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted.
