MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
--Monitoring business accounts and providing relevant support
--Handling customers’ inquiries and complaints via email and phone
--Maintaining good customer relations
--Identifying and solving client problems proactively
--Providing tailor-made services to clients for setting up campaigns
--Making warm calls to customers; Upselling to existing clients
--Assisting in advertising and marketing campaigns; Conducting marketing research studies
--Handling Live Support
--Network Support
--Account Verification
--Making reports and providing administrative support to Manager of Customer Services & Sales
REQUIREMENTS
--Diploma or B.A. in relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
--Strong customer service skills
--Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, etc.)
--Proficient in oral & written English
--Excellent phone skills and communication skills;
--Business/ Marketing background
--Polite manners and positive working attitude
--Strong research skills and organizational skills
--Exceptional interpersonal skill
--Willing to learn, accept new ideas
--Can multi- task
--Knowlege of online ad is a plus
