This position involves scheduling and organizing meetings, including the preparation and co-ordination by booking the facility/meeting room, pre-mail, arranging required equipments, refreshments etc. as required. Manage schedule and bookings via outlook. Exercise discretion in management correspondence, information and all matters for confidentially and escalate issues where appropriate. Prepare and distribute minutes at Key departments/initiative meetings. Ensure accuracy in preparing and promptly completing all departmental documentation. Manage travel arrangements for IT staff. Assist the IT Management Team in the development of plans, initiative tracking documents and schedules. Assist the IT Management Team with the creation and update of departmental expense tracking documents. Administer department time tracking.
