Property Manager (non-strata residential)

Are you a motivated and resourceful Property Manager who is looking for a role that allows you to take ownership of an attractive portfolio in the Metro Vancouver area? This position is a great opportunity for a driven professional who wants to build a career in the local real estate market.

Managing a team of Residential Managers you will display strong leadership skills by motivating and providing guidance a group of 10 individuals. Your growing portfolio consists of close to 1,000 rental suites in 20 buildings across the Lower Mainland. A technically sound individual, you will be able to provide guidance to the Residential Managers with regard to building systems, tenant problems, and other technical issues.

You have a demonstrated ability to manage and lead people and you have a good understanding of rental and tenant issues. Approximately 3-5 years of property management experience, ideally in non-strata residential complexes are required to be considered for this position.
