Job description
*
Administrative support to DM and managers;
* Fill daily, weekly and monthly reports;
* Act as liaison with different services et levels;
* SAP : input travel requests, expenses and office supplies;
* Update necessary statistics for annual business plan;
* Follow up on bills and monthly reports on bills to be paid;
* Manage weekly reunions and write accounts of said reunions;
* Manage e-mails while respecting deadlines;Any related tasks.
Qualifications
* College level in administrative techniques of pertinent experience;
* Deep knowledge of Office suite;
* Excellent mastery of both writen and spoken French and English;
* Good people skills;
* Strong decision making abilities, problem solving and attention to details;
* Secretary work experience;
* Autonomous, dynamic and well organized;
* Discret and professionnal at all times.
