Senior Java Developer

Working with various Web Application projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will want to work in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment where he or she works closely with our internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will want to be on the cutting edge of technology, exploring exciting areas of our clients and the client's future business while keeping up the standard of being technology leaders in the industry. Some of the high level responsibilities the candidate will be responsible for:

•Work with the Team Lead the team in producing Detailed Design documents

•Assist in performing Unit testing on developed system components

•Work with the Test Lead to fix defects identified during the testing phase

•Work with the team to developing code as per the documented design & coding guidelines within the timeframes specified in the project schedule.

Required Work Experience:

•Minimum of 6 - 8 years of general IT experience

•Minimum of 4 – 5 years working in a BEA / Oracle / Java environment with increased responsibility

Required Level of Education

The ideal candidate should possess a university or college degree in a related discipline (Computer Science) or equivalent work experience

•J2EE Development – Senior – 5 years

•Java, JSP – Senior – 5 years

•XML, including XSLT, XML Schema – Senior – 5 years

•BEA Weblogic – Senior - 5 years

•BEA Weblogic Integration – Senior - 5 years

•Experience developing in an Oracle database environment – Senior – 5 years

•Experience developing in a UNIX environment – Senior – 5 years

•Web Services Development – Senior – 5 years

Nice to Have Technical Skills:

1.BEA WebLogic (9/10) Workshop (WLS) – Senior

2.BEA WebLogic (9/10) Integration (WLI) – Senior

3.BEA WebLogic (9/10) Portal (WLI) - Senior

4.XML Schema, XSLT, - Senior

5.Experience developing in an Oracle database & UNIX environment - Senior
