Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Planner to be part of a world-class customer service team. Sales Planners are the primary liaison for the day-to-day execution of advertising campaigns for our client’s most strategic display advertising clients (including but not limited to advertising campaign order processing issues, inventory research/reservation, reporting and billing). In addition to managing the day to day execution of ad campaigns, you will interact with the Account Teams to resolve client issues, provide ongoing education and ensure data integrity. Finally, you will be joining a team that is focused on results, works together to solve problems, and is committed to developing people.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage all implementation aspects of designated accounts (client and order setup and revision, inventory reservation, coordinating creative submission and ongoing optimization) - 50%

• Interface daily with Sales personnel to execute Media Plans and coordinate launch of advertising campaigns - 20%

• Serve as a first tier troubleshooter and escalation point for client setup, order entry and billing issues - 10%

• Ensure quality and data integrity by enforcing standard policies and procedures - 10%

• Educate the AE's and AM's on available resources; serving as a general information resource for matters relating to campaign execution operational processes - 5%

• Help foster innovation in tool and process development by identifying bugs in the tool set/ /process inefficiencies and escalating to the appropriate team - 5%
