Our client is a leading national supplier of technical services in the insurable risk inspection and managment business. They deliver a broad selection of services for commercial and residential loss control needs. As the result of growth, they are adding a new Senior Sales Executive position.
Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Executive will be focused on promoting and developing new business. This person will also grow the existing customer base in both Residential and Commercial lines of business for Risk Management Services in Western Canada. This persons will be the key relationship lead across all Western based customers. This person must also work with Operations to improve Risk Management service standards and service offerings to clients. This person will be managing a small team of 2 experienced business development representatives. -Developing a strategic plan to lever key relationships against a revenue growth plan -Be a leader and manager for regional business development representatives to support execution of the sales plan -Ensuring key customer service concerns or opportunities are communicated and resolved via the operations network. -Managing and developing a customer client base -Generating new businesses to meet growth targets through identifying, qualifying and developing new customer opportunities -Monitoring account financial performance -Communicating with the client to define and identify customer service standards and coordinate finalization within the team -Maintaining client guidelines where they are the lead contact -Ongoing communication with manangement to ensure we execute on the approved sales plan -Communicating with senior managment to ensure a coordinated and communicative approach across common customers.
