The Position: Technical Services Analyst (TSA)

As Technical Services Analyst, you will be involved in a broad range of activities including:

- Hardware/Software system installation and testing

- Data Hygiene

- Data management

- Trouble-shooting and customer support

While the successful candidate will bring some technical skills as detailed below, training will be provided and learning on the job is expected and wanted. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, willing to learn and have a strong customer service orientation as this position will require direct interaction with clients. This position is focused on someone looking to start a career in a growth position, with his/her own office, in a flexible work environment.

Must have requirements:

-Fluent in Oral and Written English

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

-A Technical interest

Nice to have Skills:

- Basic PC trouble-shooting

- A basic knowledge of networking infrastructure, Internet/E-Mail/ Firewalls

Other Requirements:

- Strong customer service attitude

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Fast learner

- Must have a drivers license

Term: This is a full-time position

Starting Salary: $35,000
