Telecom Specialist (HPOV, IP, Frame Relay & X.25, VHF expertise a definite plus)

Contract: 6 Months

Start: July 1, 2009

Telecom specialist who must have experience with HPOV driven tool, X.25, Frame Relay and IP protocols.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of telecom experience in a significant level II support role of a strategic global network.

Will deal directly with one of the leading global telecommunications services provider and VHF experts to resolve performance and outage issues.

The specialist must have expert level II service desk experience.

This is a position for an expert dealing with experts

This is a support position for global operation.

The candidate must have excellent written and spoken English skills

The specialist must be open to 8AM to 8PM weekday shifts and with possibility on week-ends.

The candidate will have an impeccable track-record in dealing with internal and supplier telecom experts.

This is a position for a telecom specialist who has an actual strong track record of learning and applying new technologies and tools in a global support organization.
